  3. Insert (or “drop in”) the anchor into the hole until its top is flush with the concrete surface.
  4. Using a dedicated setting tool, strike the tool firmly with a hammer. This action drives the internal plug downwards, causing the base of the anchor to expand and press firmly against the walls of the hole.
