This product is a female-threaded, deformation-controlled expansion anchor, commonly known as a Einschlaganker. Its design is simple yet highly effective for creating a permanent and reliable threaded socket in a concrete ceiling.

• Funktionsweise: The anchor consists of a cylindrical expansion sleeve with an internally threaded body and a pre-inserted, solid expander plug at its base.
• Installationsvorgang:
  1. A hole is drilled into the concrete ceiling to the specified diameter and depth.
  2. The anchor is “dropped in” to the hole until it is flush with the concrete surface.
  3. A dedicated setting tool is inserted into the anchor, and a hammer is used to strike the tool. This action drives the internal expander plug downwards, flaring out the base of the anchor sleeve.
  4. This expansion creates a powerful frictional lock against the walls of the hole, securely setting the anchor.
• Final Use: Once set, the anchor provides a permanent, internally threaded point ready to accept a metric bolt or threaded rod for suspending objects. The Yellow Zinc Plating not only protects the carbon steel from rust and corrosion but also offers a visually identifiable finish.
