This anchor is a pre-assembled, four-component expansion anchor, also known as a sleeve anchor. The complete assembly is designed for strength and ease of installation and consists of:
- The Hook Bolt: A carbon steel bolt with a pre-formed open hook head, providing a ready-to-use point for hanging various items.
- The Expansion Sleeve: A cylindrical steel shield with expansion slots that encases the bolt shank.
- The Expander Cone: A tapered, threaded nut located at the anchor’s base.
