Product Mechanism and Installation

• Installation Process:
  1. Select the appropriate size anchor for your load and wall material. Drill a hole in the wall large enough for the folded toggle wings to pass through.
  2. Unscrew the toggle wings from the hook screw.
  3. Slide the stainless steel washer onto the hook screw. If you are hanging a fixture with a mounting hole, pass the hook screw through the fixture’s hole first, then add the washer.
  4. Thread the toggle wings back onto the end of the hook screw by a few turns.
  5. Fold the wings flat and push them through the drilled hole. You will feel them spring open inside the wall cavity.
  6. Pull back on the hook to seat the wings firmly against the inside surface of the wall.
  7. While maintaining tension, tighten the hook screw by hand or with pliers until the washer is snug against the wall surface. This clamps the assembly securely.
